Provide additional delivery dimensions along with specific assembly instructions for that particular machine. The incomplete instructions were not relevant to this machine and did not match its actual build.
When I initially placed the order for the game, their responses to my emails were prompt and efficient. However, despite reaching out once more with a query, I am yet to receive a response. Considering that I’ve only sent a single email, it’s possible it may have been overlooked. I plan to try contacting them again to address my question.
