All Express Shipping orders placed before 12:30pm Central Standard Time will be picked, packed, and shipped that same day.We have designed a rather ingenious system for shipping that makes Our Pinball Machines nearly impervious to damage in transit. On very rare occasions, though, such damage can occur. Please note that if damage occurs to your Machine in shipping, we must file the claim on our end. You MUST keep all original packaging. Please contact our customer support with any questions about how our products are shipped!

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES

Orders placed before 3 pm CST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.Delivery within the US & Canada takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment with FedEx, UPS or DHL.Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.

If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Monday you should expect to receive it on Wednesday (no particular arrival time is allotted for these shipments). If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Thursday you will receive the order, guaranteed, that following Monday (weekend days not included in travel time).
